Managing Director
Lynn Stacy began his professional career in the bulk liquid logistics industry 10 years ago when he earned his Maritime Law and Policy degree from Texas A&M University at Galveston. Understanding what keeps our client’s up at night is what makes Lynn’s team successful in providing the OEC Gold Standard.
Director of Sales
As the Director of Sales at OEC Group LLS Andrew Bower loves helping clients gain efficiencies from their logistics. He has spent most of his career in the bulk liquid industry, gaining experiences in areas such as account management and the most up to date bulk liquid services.

With over 10 years of maritime supply chain experience, Najet Freeman is setting a new standard for coordinating bulk liquid cargo. As Inside Sales Manager at OEC Group LLS, Kathryn Johns specializes in providing clients with logistics solutions and account management. Her passion for bulk liquid logistics can be traced back to the United States Army, where she spent over 5 years as a Technical Engineer.
As a seasoned Global Technical Director, Clint Sandridge is passionate about advancing technical protocol and emergency response management so our clients can be confident that their cargo is being treated with great care. Clint has more than 20-years of experience in IBC/Flexitanks, Trucking, Railroad Operations and Area Technical Management.
